Stephen Shirley – Chartered Accountant

Stephen K. ShirleyAfter graduating in 1981, Stephen commenced public practice as an employee at a medium sized Chartered Accounting firm.

Stephen was admitted as a partner in Public Practice  in 1987, Stephen has continued to build his excellent reputation as a key adviser to the business and professional communities.

Stephen has always provided pro-active advice and guidance, believing in cutting off any problems before they begin wherever possible and taking advantage of opportunities for clients as early as possible!

With particular expertise and proven experience in ‘Business’ (Planning, Operation & Management) and Self Managed Superannuation, Stephen enjoys working closely with clients to keep them well ahead within these areas; and ensuring they continue to create and build their business & personal wealth!

Lily Wang – Senior Accountant

Lily has been working as an accountant for 10 years. 

She graduated Flinders University with a Bachelor of Accounting & Commercial Law. In addition to her degree, Lily is a qualified CPA and a Registered Tax Agent.

Lily has knowledge, expertise and experience in the following: Self Managed Super Funds, Company Tax, Trusts, Partnerships and Sole Trader’s.

Max Bi – Accountant

Max is a new addition to the team at Stephen Shirley and has a strong work ethic.

Max studied Master of Accounting at Adelaide University, in addition to a Masters of Marketing. On top of this he is currently completing his CPA.

As an accountant Max’s tasks involve: Business Activity Statements, Income Tax Returns, Self Managed Superannuation Funds, Trust and setting up Business Entities.

Kyra Olsson – Reception/Administrative Assistant

Kyra recently joined the administration team at Stephen Shirley and represents your ‘first point of contact‘.Kyra 1

Kyra has several years experience in Office Administration and is a highly energetic, professional and motivated employee, who is always pleased to assist clients with their enquiries and internal accounting staff – she finds it rewarding knowing that she plays an integral role within the company.

Vivian Danese – Office Administration

Vivian has been working with Stephen Shirley since 2010 working within the administration team and has over 20 years experience in Office Administration.

As the Office Administration Manager, Vivian assists Stephen with managing client enquiries, registration with ASIC and the Australian Taxation Office, co-ordinating appointments with enthusiasm and efficiency.

Vivian believes strongly in team work and good office spirit brings a good environment for everyone to work together and in the end bring in good results for the office clients.

Vivian works part time from Tuesday to Thursday.
